Liked: Good breakfast. Free airport transfer. Friendly staff. The wifi was fine, too. Nothing special, but ok to stay overnight when your flight is canceled.
Disliked: It's a little outdated, so don't expect much, but it's still in good condition.

Liked: We did not have much breakfast as we left at 5:30 for our plane. The shuttle service was superb. Staff was very friendly.
Disliked: More breakfast items out early, like fruit.

Liked: The front office staff was very nice every shift. The waterfront, and free parking. The cold part of the breakfast and the oatmeal. The coffee available 24/7 with creamer and good cups. My bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The hot food, sausage and eggs was awful. The carpet in room was dirty and the chairs in the lobby, you need to throw all that furniture away. The outside and lobby. The ice machine was broken. If you didn't have the waterfront you guys would be closed. My room was a connector and I could hear everything all night. the walls are chipping and very dusty in there. I itched all night.
