Holiday Inn Express Peterborough

If you want a quick visit for a conference etc. then the hotel is great. It has everything you would want, including a little lounge area to read papers etc. This is not a five star hotel for holidays, but for short stays it was great.

Liked: The best bits of the stay were (a) the kindness of the staff (b) the accommodation and (c) the abundance of tea!
Disliked: None.

A good, very convenient hotel.

Liked: Inclued breakfast and disabled room.
Disliked: Found a green cleaning cloth in the bed!

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and well maintained.

Liked: Yes. We will book again next year.

Disliked: No AC in the room.When booking it stated AC in the room. When I got ther it was only a portable fan.The fan kept me cool so no issues.

Liked: There was no AC in the room but fan alone in this Hot weather and I went with a partner
Disliked: The bathroom and no air condition

A budget hotel that provides...

Liked: We really enjoyed our extended stay at the hotel. We stayed beyond the initial booking because a delay with our new home. The hotel staff were great, all of them without exception were friendly and helpful. A nice breakfast was included, and this was very good. I’ve seen several negative previous reviews, but ok, it’s a buffet, but theres a good choice of hot or cold, and you guests can help themselves to as much as they want, and many go beyond that! For a budget hotel it was excellent. And it was full for most of the two weeks of our stay, which isn’t surprising.
Disliked: Only one complaint. The management should hire more staff! Those people worked like so hard and continued to smile when it was obvious that they were overworked. They are all a credit to their organization.
