If you want a quick visit for a conference etc. then the hotel is great. It has everything you would want, including a little lounge area to read papers etc. This is not a five star hotel for holidays, but for short stays it was great.

Liked: The best bits of the stay were (a) the kindness of the staff (b) the accommodation and (c) the abundance of tea!
Disliked: None.

Lovely, attentive, efficient staff who...

Liked: The location probably needs more public transport for those who don't drive. A bit awkward to get to.The breakfast was superb. Maybe lunch a light lunch of sandwiches would be a good addition for those not wanting to leave the Hotel.

Disliked: The staff was looking annoyed that we asked questions. The food was bad but really bad, so bad that I had bad belly the day after. The bed was uncomfortable and the room was not that clean

Disliked: Winter duvet were extremely hot. When asked for thin blanket or throws - they said they don’t have any. Can’t believe they use 10.5 tog duvet in summer?

Great value for money, clean...

Liked: Lovely and clean in all areas of the hotel, polite and friendly staff.
Disliked: Sofa bed rather uncomfortable with springs.
