Staff friendly/helpful. Breakfast acceptable though...

Liked: Breakfast was fine, but repetition day after day got a bit boring when staying for a week.
Disliked: Handicap people do not always travel with spouses, therefore the handicap rooms should have 2 beds so the 'assistant' can sleep in their own bed, if needed at night. To have to be quartered several rooms or floors away is not feasible.And the mattress.......how often are they changed. Ours was too soft and lumpy!

Liked: Love that it was right off the freeway, but you could hear the freeway traffic all night. I didn’t get any sleep. The bed was so soft that it was really uncomfortable too.
