Disliked: We had a few concerns during our stay. My family developed skin allergies, which raises concerns about possible bed bugs in the room. The location is also not ideal for tourists—there’s no direct underground to Central London, requiring at least one transfer.Breakfast was good, but the check-in experience was disappointing. I had requested early check-in during booking and received a confirmation email from the hotel. However, upon arrival—just two hours before the official check-in time, the staff refused to accommodate us, citing that the booking was made through agent Booking.com. I was even asked to pay extra for early check-in. Eventually, we were allowed in just 20 minutes early, but the cleaning staff reacted angrily, arguing with the front desk in front of us. After a 12-hour flight and traveling with a child, this was extremely frustrating.

Liked: Price. It was 36 pound for the night, location was good.
Disliked: No air conditioning. Hallways looked like they had not been vacuumed for quite some time... (maybe week or weeks). Did not do the hotel any favours impression wise.

Disliked: The rooms are too small family room tiny disgraceful beds very old decor old out dated unhygienic furniture just not worthy at all, no aircon had to change rooms everything is old and outdated unhappy stay completely but staff were beautiful friendly
