We had a fantastic time...
Liked: We really liked the room , it has been very comfy and clean. Also , the breakfast and especially the coffee was very delicious . And thanks to all the staff , all the Personal has been extremely friendly and helpful ❤️We will definetely recommend your hotel to orthers and certainly will come back soon! Also very ideal we found the very distance to North Acton tube station, very handy on the Central Line !

Disappointing
Liked: Fairly clean, location just next to underground station
Disliked: Too expensive for the quality offered. Breakfast bad quality, no single vegetable.

Disliked: We had a few concerns during our stay. My family developed skin allergies, which raises concerns about possible bed bugs in the room. The location is also not ideal for tourists—there’s no direct underground to Central London, requiring at least one transfer.Breakfast was good, but the check-in experience was disappointing. I had requested early check-in during booking and received a confirmation email from the hotel. However, upon arrival—just two hours before the official check-in time, the staff refused to accommodate us, citing that the booking was made through agent Booking.com. I was even asked to pay extra for early check-in. Eventually, we were allowed in just 20 minutes early, but the cleaning staff reacted angrily, arguing with the front desk in front of us. After a 12-hour flight and traveling with a child, this was extremely frustrating.
