Very happy stay

Liked: Location was perfect, very close to 2 metro lines. Nearby there are supermarkets, restaurants etc. The both receptionists when I do check in and check out were very gentle and helpful. When I made my reservation from booking.com I made a mistake about type of the bed of my room, but the receptionist solved my problem in very gentle way and also afforded me a free welcome drink when I was waiting. The room was very clean, free coffee and tea in the room was very big plus for me. The breakfast was normal continental breakfast, everything was clean. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Disliked: The hash browns could have been on a warming plate, as they were cold.

Great hotel

Liked: Great hotel. We had a room with marina view and balcony and we loved it. Bedding was great, room was nice and clean, and hotel staff were very friendly, and we all enjoyed our breakfast. The other bonus was secured car park. That hotel is really good value for money.
