The front office manager saved...

Liked: Nice Breakfast. A/C worked great during heat wave. Nice big parking spots
Disliked: Paint dust on vehicle from a painting operation. Lack of ice machine production. Only one small ice machine at the bar for the whole hotel. Challenges with 2 persons at the front desk. Only challenges in 3 weeks of travel in western Europe. The front desk manager was very gracious and handled all short comings in a very positive and professional manner. I would hire this young women immediately for my business!!!!
