Liked: During my recent stay in Paris, I experienced exceptional hospitality at the hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, the neighborhood charming, and to my delight, I was upgraded to a room with a breathtaking river view without even asking. Additionally, the breakfast was outstanding, with a variety of delicious options replenished constantly, making each morning a delightful start to my day.
Disliked: Although I was aware beforehand that the room did not come with a refrigerator, having one would have still enhanced the convenience of my stay. Nonetheless, this minor inconvenience did not overshadow the overall positive experience I had at the hotel.

An absolute enjoyable stay!

Liked: Holiday inn express did not disappoint at all. The location was good and the canal views stunning. The Hotel is clean, the staff are helpful, and the amenities are up to par. I check in quite late but there was someone to receive us and ensure we were comfortable.
Disliked: I have no negative comments to give the hotel. My stay went very well, I would just encourage them to keep up the good hospitality.

Disliked: The first night we arrived, the lady in the lobby was an Arab lady who did not treat us well.Apart from that woman, the other employees in the lobby were very nice.
