Liked: The location was good: It was clean. Breakfast was good. the staff was friendly. The pool was great, the temperature was refreshing but not cold, and it was easy to get in. It had a spa. It's an older property, but well taken care of .

Overall my stay at was...

Liked: Hotel has good location. Breakfast is decent except for the cinnamon rolls, they are delicious!Room size is acceptable. The young woman at the the time I checked in (forgot her name) was very pleasant & helpful in providing IHG Rewards Dept phone number when I informed her of the problem I had trying to make online reservation. The system would not let me make a 3 night reservation. Very frustrating! I had to resort to another method for making the reservation.
Disliked: The pool area needs landscaping and the old chaise lounge chairs need to be replaced. Many are torn & very thin, frayed material. It’s a hazard to sit in them.The IHG Rewards dept. representative was condescending & reluctant to credit my account with the appropriate points I was entitled to.
