Disliked: I was charged twice for my room. Staff was not very helpful. We got there early the lady up front said room will be ready at 1 came back at 3:30 a gentleman was not friendly said you have to wait until 4 to check in. He did not smile and was not happy

They charged 50 usd in...

Liked: They charged 50 usd in case anything happened to the room. It was in PERFECT conditions when check out and they never give me back my money that was supposed to be only “on hold”

Expensive and disappointing.

Liked: It seemed clean.
Disliked: Water gushed from the shower onto the floor, I used all the towels to clean it up.I am older and getting the tag onto your app so my vehicle wouldn’t be towed frustrated me and I had to try repeatedly. You could just get the tag number at check in.

They should fix the second...

Liked: Every thing
Disliked: Elevator, because they only had one working, the other one was out of order and it took forever to come down the one that was working, Specially in the morning for breakfast.
