Liked: So I had only stayed there overnight and let me tell you I just got charged $300 on a Sunday and they stated they charge me because I was smoking in one of the rooms I’ve never smoked a day in my life so I’m pretty sure they’re running a scam over there so be very careful if there is a plastic bag over your smoke alarm be very sure the second you see it to go downstairs and let them know. You should actually be checking your hotel room for one of those because that indicates that people are smoking, I have read a bunch of reviews that that’s what’s going on why they have the bags there and obviously the housekeeping is not cleaning them, so be extraordinarily careful. You’re gonna need to thoroughly look. I called customer service and emailed the manager Hannah ROE!!! This is the woman who charged me and probably didn’t even look at the room and check to see if there was at all. Just wanted to charge me. It’s like they’re running a scam over there. It’s disgusting. I was there for family and I will never stay there in my life. I have never been so disgusted.
