Passable

Liked: Nothing special. Breakfast was pretty good.
Disliked: Mattress was awful. Way too soft. Center had a deep trough. I had back spasms all day long after sleeping on it

Liked: Customer service , pool, fitness center, 24/7 complimentary hot drinks
Disliked: Breakfast could be better quality , hot water late in evening is not that hot anymore . Room 118 bathroom tub enamel is cracked in multiple places and might cause injuries for young children and elderly. The sofa bed was not cleaned. All sorts of crumbs left on the made up bed and it was not comfortable
