Offenbach is a nice town...

Liked: Wonderful hotel with excellent facilities, excellent parking and good breakfast. A special thank you to the nice girl at the reception by the name of Lazaridou, she did everything possible to make our stay more pleasant .
Disliked: We liked everything !No complains.

It was good, except breakfast...

Liked: It was clean and tidy, staff was friendly.
Disliked: The breakfast was poor: scrambled egg which tastes meh, boiled eggs and some meat. There were pancake machine but one morning it didnt work,another morning it worked but the pancakes were not cooked well.

modern hotel, good value for...

Liked: Modern hotel, comfortable bed, decent breakfast, close to my business need, short walk to Offenbach downtown, easy to reach by S-Bahn from Frankfurt, good air con in the room
Disliked: the interior of the hotel (including the room when arriving) was very hot (room temp could be reduced with the air conditioning); scrambled eggs for breakfast were not very tasty; impossible to completely open the window of the room (possible to open only a little bit).

Not pleasant.

Liked: The rooms were simple and alright.
Disliked: The staff did not communicate well during check-in, which made it difficult for us to explain our situation. However, some of the staff were very helpful. I booked two rooms and requested they be on the same floor, but the hotel arranged them on different floors. I am unsure why this happened; perhaps the integration with Booking.com was not good. We could not stay on the same floor because the rooms for two and three people were on different floors, which was an important requirement for us. We were not informed about this during the booking process.Additionally, there were not enough lifts to serve everybody. The waiting time for a lift was longer than usual.

Wonderful hotel

Liked: Very good clean hotel, super clean and very comfortable. Room was bright, big, and everything we needed. The mattress and pillows were super comfortable.
