Disliked: small rooms small rolling showers

Superb

10/10 stay, staff, and service!

Liked: The location was fine, We had to park a little ways away and walk it to the hotel, which we don't mind we just wished for a little more street availability.
Disliked: We both had a great experience at the hotel and have no complaint or concerns the staff was excellent!

Good spot for short business...

Liked: Staff was great, room was clean and location to a nearby subway...
Disliked: The room was just a bit small and compact...

Exceptional

It was pretty good.

Liked: Furniture. Sound proof walls. Pancakes.
Disliked: Cereal and milk choices.

Welcoming, comfortable and affordable.

Liked: The staff were fantastic from the front desk to housekeeping. The hotel is modern and kept clean. Very welcoming.
Disliked: I wish the breakfast seating area was bigger. But I appreciate little can be done about that.

Pathetic

Disliked: Hotel did not honor the booking as they claimed that they don’t have any rooms. Pathetic handling. The hotel IT systems was showing availability but in actual there was no rooms. Hotel did not reimburse me for taxi costs and neither did booking.com fully reimbursed my costs for travel to and fro to hotel.
