Disliked: The thermostat in the room would not work, so the room was cold. Also, the water pressure was so poor that having a shower proved difficult.

Liked: We arrived about 10pm after a bad day and the staff were friendly and welcoming.The kitchen was still open and they were able to do us a pizza and even bring to our room - much appreciated! Room was nice, good size, sofa and small table too, no bath sadly but shower was fine. Nice breakfast included. Quiet night. Large bar, lounge and food area near reception.

overall very bad experience,

Disliked: i pre booked on the ground floor with a room with a double bed, in stead i got a room with 2 single beds on the 2nd floor, i just didnt have the energy to go back down to argue. as i arrived quite late and i was very tired.
