Liked: The staff was amazing! Super attentive and kind. The room and lobby were very clean. Overall great stay.
Disliked: The other guest on my floor were very loud. Loud music and yelling in the hallway. This happened at night and in the morning. Only bad thing about my stay was the loudness from the other guest.

Liked: Nice staff, good breakfast. I stayed because of friend. She always gives good feedback but we were miserable. Honestly I’m more comfortable at our cheaper hotels.
Disliked: We didn’t have hot water it was lukewarm, that is miserable when you are showering. And to top that off no pressure. In the night felt like we were going to suffocate with heater it got so hot and even turning it down it wouldn’t shut off. It was like it was broken. With my terrible time, my friend was experiencing in her she stepped on glass in her floor that wasn’t cleaned up. Cut her foot.

Liked: Convenient to shops and restaurants. Rooms were large clean and comfortable
Disliked: Bathroom tub had been repaired but needed replaced as it looks old and took a while to get water warm enough to shower
