Liked: Location was nice and it was clean
Disliked: Sleeping was extremely hot. My husband and I both woke up drenched in sweat. The beds also need a light weight blanket not just a thin sheet and a heavy comforter.

Not a good start

Disliked: Arrived early, 1:35pm, told receptionist we are here and we are going to eat and she told us room should be ready early, around 3:30, we said great and left. Returned at 2:45 Snead told room wasn’t ready and it was going to be around 3:30 before it would be ready, I replied that that was half an hour passed check in time to which all I got was a sorry!!

Disliked: I didn't get the room that I was booked for and it was for a very special occasion and it got ruined

Beautiful place on the outside...

Liked: Well, when we first arrived, we opened the door came in so paying for our room and my friend went out to get the license plate number and a rat ran out of the building. We paid for a room. We went to our room and we met some people outside and they said they were leaving cause there was bugs in their room. We went back to our room, picked up the mattress and saw bugs in the bed. We came back to the office, get our money back the young man there said he couldn’t make a copy or a receipt for us so we made him sign a form saying that it will be completely refundable as we weren’t even in the room five minutes I called my credit card and they said it was pending still, I have not Received The full refund. Very, very disappointed and disgusted with your place when I called him back again I said it didn’t go through the refund process yet and he said oh and by the way, there were no bedbugs. I don’t think he knew what he was looking for, but we saw them they were jumping.!
