Liked: The property was a convenient 10-15 minute drive to the Clifton Hill area and the Falls. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful answering questions, etc. The hotel was very clean and morning breakfast was good. The staff overseeing the breakfast kept area clean and were also very friendly.
Disliked: Again, I was very pleased with location, friendly staff and cleanliness of facility. No complaints whatsoever!

When visiting the area, Ill be sure to make this my home away from home for duration of my visit!

Liked: I liked the location. The room was nice and it was quiet.
Disliked: The breakfast was not up to par with other Holiday Inn Express hotels that I have stayed at.

Liked: Comfortable beds and good choice of breakfast foods.
Disliked: Water pressure/shower head could have been better, but it was not terrible.

Too loud

Liked: The hotel is a short drive to anything you need, including Niagra Falls. The breakfast was good.
Disliked: My inital room on the 6th floor had a very noisy AC, they could not fix it, so they moved me to another room on the 2nd floor which ended up been worse. Not only was the AC also loud, but the refrigerator, dogs barking, doors slaming, it was way worse.
