Disliked: The layout of the dining room is not efficient. Not enough seating and large tables which left 2 people taking up space where 4 or 5 could have sat. As a group of 4, we could not sit together. Seat covers need updating.

Liked: Our room ( and the bathroom) was extremely clean. It smelled fresh and clean and was immaculate. The room was beautiful and had a handy bench and hooks for our luggage and coats/purses. Great service. The breakfast was absolutely amazing! They looked after every detail right down to sprinkling cinnamon on pancakes and offering low sugar syrup. Lots of room to eat and it was very well organized. Staff did a great job refilling food dishes and cleaning the tables. We came for our fun yearly trip and now plan to make this our stay every time we go. We’ll definitely be back!

Liked: I had an event in Niagara-on-the-lake. This was a good and quiet place to stay not far away plus close enough to go see the falls. I liked that they had free parking at the property. The staff were very friendly and the place was clean, comfortable, and nice. It had a place for laundry and a fitness center plus lots of amenities. There was a travel Plaza with food options that is walkable and also places a short drive.
Disliked: Breakfast was good but could have had more variety but good for a Holiday Inn.
