Comfortable stay - nightmare to...

Liked: Breakfast was very good - plenty of choices
Disliked: Location- very difficult to find! The sat nav sent us down the motorway three times! It took us 45 minutes to find it from the end of the road it was on - I was very stressed by the time I arrived . Receptionist said lots of people struggle to find them

Liked: The hotel advertised an option which wasn’t available, the booking was confirmed then they contacted me to inform me there was no double beds actually available. I am still waiting for a refund after contacting the hotel with no response!

Liked: Free parking, large car park, good receptionist and bar staff
Disliked: Isolated location on business park, poor quality expensive food, poor breakfast with watered down orange juice.

Liked: It was nice to stop half way to our journey
Disliked: One member of staff was very unhelpful referring about the parking one member of the family were informed to scan the parking metre then had to pay £9 when this should have been free.Then the nale member of the staff would not help in anyway to recover the £9 as there mistake
