Liked: My kids enjoyed playing on the checker board. Staff was excellent and meet our needs if we needed anything.

This hotel was immaculately clean...

Liked: The hotel was immaculately clean, had a great breakfast buffet, and had a great lobby setup with games that our kids loved (giant Jenga, giant Connect-4, and Checkers). Our room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless!
Disliked: The only thing I noticed as a negative during our stay was that the staff were not overly friendly. They were clearly good at their jobs because of the state of the place, but they were not very personable or friendly. They weren't bad, they were just generally neutral.

Booking.com Do Better

Liked: I cannot rate my stay because I have not stayed yet, my booking was modified to March 1&2.
Disliked: I’m really disappointed in booking I have 2 bookings in one trip, I haven’t had this stay yet and my other booking never was modified and cancelled and I lost money. I would have thought if booking get no response from a hotel after several tries they would accommodate you due to having money in hand already.
