Liked: We liked the beds and good size tv.
Disliked: The shower was dirty, had hair in it. There was gum wrappers and kleenex (used) on the floor.

Disliked: We booked on booking.com in the morning. We visited family on the way and when they looked up directions for us they said it was listed on map as PERMANENTLY CLOSED. We decided to go see for ourselves as we didn't believe it as it was booked and paid for and needed to stay in that area. We arrived only to find the parking lot virtually empty, building was clearly under construction with contractors working there at 9 pm and the name on the building said Fairfield by Marriott. We of course assumed that it was indeed permanently closed and panicked looking for an alternative place to stay. This was all after a very stressful and long day of bad news and travel. When I contacted booking.com after settling into another hotel they called Newmarket Hotel & Suites and directed us to a representative who informed us that they were indeed open at that location (the one that did not have their name on it but Fairfield) and we would be listed as a no show since we were already somewhere else and would not be arriving. Called booking.com again and was told no refund as we did not try calling the hotel first. We are NOT accepting that and will be fighting for a refund still. There should've been some indication of this on the booking site.

It's ok for a one...

Liked: The location was ok, room was good but not worth the price, add more into the room and hotel to make it worth the cost. Bathroom was big, nice walk in shower
Disliked: Toilet too low, bad for people to are taller than 5'7, easily to slip in the shower. TV was not straight, disappointed in the lack of extra towels that was asked for.
