I wouldn’t be staying again

Liked: It was quiet at night, seemed like not a lot of people were around
Disliked: From the moment I came to check in they were unable to help me adequately. I waited a LONG time for someone to come to the counter, and when they finally arrived they said they could not check me in early even though I requested for an early check in a week in advance due to having no rooms available. (Which was mind boggling since the parking lot and building itself seemed pretty dead besides the construction going on) So I go to use the restroom they had available, it was not clean and they did not have soap or paper towels available. I was asked to come back after 3pm for check in so I left for a few hours and then came back to check in again and noticed no soap in ny assigned room as well and lo and behold when I asked if there was any soap, there was not. Not to mention I had a request prior to checking in and that was not fulfilled either.

Liked: Definitely will be staying here again. Very clean. Wish we were able to have the breakfast but we had to leave before it was ready. My daughters had a dance competition. I can tell you it smelled good!

Disliked: Nothing, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Exceptional

Liked: It was a nice and perfect place for my turn around trip. The location was awesome. There were a lot of nice places to eat. You could also conveniently go and get any essentials you needed from Walmart or Burlington which were close by. My short stay was a 10/10 and I definitely recommend!
