Disliked: Air conditioning uneven. One party was too cold and the other was sweating.

Liked: This hotel has put a lot of care in the room design for comfort. Always enjoy Holiday Inn for good pillows & good bed. However what happened here? The bed was old & saggy you could feel the springs! Although they tried to remedy this with a matress comforter! A good bed is the essence for a good stay!
Disliked: The additional charge for car parking and a staff member named Rocky was despotic and unhelpful to work in hospitality customer service is the first priority " you are not doing a favour"! I was given a disable room by mistake, I came back to request change. He was not helping. I had to ask to speak to manager. But he already said to manager that I already used the room!! Of course a complete lie and unfounded statement. Manager was luckely from a different background and helpful.

Liked: It was a good place to stay. Staff were lovely everything was clean and good location.
Disliked: Only negative which was still ok was that I ordered bacon cheese sliders only for them to be missing the bacon and the cheese lol
