Liked: Convenient to the Smoothie King Center.
Disliked: Pool is tiny and rate was high due to NBA all star weekend events.

Disliked: Parking was $30 per night plus tax (about $34 total). Other lots (outside and in structures) adjacent to the hotel were about half that price. I liked having the car close but given that it was parked the entire time after we arrived, it (parking) wasn't a good value. The rest of the hotel was a decent value, especially given the activities in the city (NBA all-star game, Orgill Dealer Shows, Mardi Gras "pre-game", etc.).

Liked: The gentleman who worked the front desk in the afternoons/early evenings was especially courteous and professional. The room itself was comfortable overall.
Disliked: The room had a handicap shower so the entire bathroom flooded when the shower was used - and stayed flooded for hours afterwards. Probably could have gotten a different room if I had asked, but I just dealt with it for a few days.

Disliked: I didn't know that parking was a $35.00 PER DAY charge. Maybe that was in the reservation information and if so, I missed it. There were several other parking lots much cheaper but arriving late in the evening made those not a safe choice. Big disappointment that Holiday Inn would charge such an inflated amount of money for guest parking...definitely not good business.
