Great staff. Good breakfast Comfy...

Liked: Excellent location to downtown and sites. Rooms were large and roomy. Beds were comfy. Rooms could use some updating.
Disliked: Rooms could use some updating. Bathrooms were nice size but didn’t sparkle.

Dissapointing for a Holiday Inn...

Liked: Room and hotel ok for a 2 night stay in Natchez. Hotel in a good location.
Disliked: We were given a room that wasn’t ready. Breakfast very poor, no juice, no bread, toaster didn’t work. Pool was not in use. Staff unhelpful. We have stayed in a number of HIE over the past few weeks and this was well below their usual standard. But also the most expensive - so very poor value for money!

Disappointing

Disliked: We booked 3 rooms. Two of the rooms had water leaks. One was the air conditioner and the other was the ceiling..

Liked: I didnt eat anything except a cinnamon bun with coffee. I really liked the young lady who helped me check in. I believe her name was Felisha. It was Saturday afternoon. A large bus had just arrived and I was first in line to check in but since I am handicapped it was difficult to stand there long enough to complete it. She allowed my son to take me to my room and come back to finish registering. The crowd from the bus almost knocked me over so I was very grateful to have been given that courtesy.
Disliked: The carpet in Room 116 needs sto be replaced. It has tears and ripples in it making it easy to trip or fall.
