We had a great time...

Liked: Really nice breakfast, something for everyone. Was able to sit outside to eat, which was lovely. Bed and pillows really comfortable.Staff were lovely and very helpful.The pool area was a great place to relax, with bar and nice music. The pool itself was heated and lovely.
Disliked: Nothing!My first impression was the decor was a little tired, but that didn’t deter from the good experience we had

Liked: Breakfast was good it was a buffet. And you could walk to olive garden.and different stores and IHOP too.
Disliked: When I got to the hotel to check in I had ask for balcony when I book it but the guy told me it was for people that pay more .which there is only fake balcony .and Their is only 4 with real balcony in a corner to the poolside. I got mine for 4 days with balcony and didn't get it is only for people that are diamond .another thing I didnt like was we went to the tiki bar and they serve food but They serve the first table and everyone else and we got there and sat on the table waiting 40 minute and no one came to us so we left to eat in olive garden. Their was a guy the his wallet fall down and the poor older guy fell and everyone just was just looking at him trying to get up and he couldn't my husband we up to the guy and help the older guy. People have such cold heart theses day that is ashame. The pool look big on the Pictures but is small. We couldn't sleep well because a generator is on all the time . During the day the air conditioner is good in the night is not that cool. But we made the best of it. The room was not so clean and didn't have soap In the despenser.
