Nice and helpful staff; clean and modern room

Liked: Great location, clean, spacious
Disliked: Very noisy heating unit in room

Probably would not stay there...

Liked: The staff was pleasant, prompt and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The rooms were not very sound proof. We were in a first floor room and we could hear everything that went on in the room above us. They had children that pounded across the floors late into the night and early morning. Unfortunately, we did not get much sleep.

Liked: The location, the breakfast and the room. Very clean
Disliked: The room given to us -143- was opposite laundry room. The noise level was loud early morning.

Liked: The breakfast was good, the pool was small but perfect temperature and the location can't be beat.
Disliked: There was no dairy alternatives for the milk. Many people drink non dairy milk so that was disappointing. There was no fruit for three days. The "gym" was more of a workout room with three machines and one weight bench. There was only one washer and dryer and the dryer didn't work well. Not all the staff was too friendly.

Liked: The room was beautiful and clean. The lobby and all of the hotel was very nice.

The Holiday Inn Express made...

Liked: We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast! We ate there every morning instead of going out to restaurants. We enjoyed the pool, very refreshing. We loved our room too, it was very roomy and we loved the couch/sitting area.
Disliked: I think the only thing that I would suggest is making the outdoor sitting area more accessible. It looks like it could've been a cute area to sit.
