Very good

Disappointed from the first impression

Liked: 1) nearby to supermarket
Disliked: 1) we paid for parking area fully amount for the entire stay and sometimes there is no parking available. 2) breakfast area is very crowded and you have to wait in a long line . 3) Those responsible for cleaning the room usually come afternoon to clean room when we come back to rest in room . 4) During check-in, the staff member kept saying he speaks and writes Arabic better than us, even though we never asked or mentioned anything about language. It felt unnecessary, weird, and disappointing.

We always stay at Holiday...

Liked: Lovely and clean and super comfy bed. Breakfast included in price of the room which is great!
Disliked: The room we were given didn’t have the sofa bed made up for our son. I had to go to the reception after travelling in the car for 17 hours and ask for a different room. Queue in the reception was long, not enough staff. Then we went to the bar to get a snack for my husband and there was a note saying that bar is closed. Parking is overpriced as well in my view at €20 a night in the underground car park.

Nice hotel close to U-bahn

Liked: I was looking for a hotel with parking close to the U-bahn and this hotel perfectly fits this criteria. The price was reasonable, 10 minutes walk to the station, reasonable parking. And as a bonus very good breakfast.

It was fine for one...

Liked: The Staff was polite and the rooms are comfortable.
Disliked: We had a huge brown stain on our carpet.

Good option to stay if...

Liked: Clean rooms. The staff in the reception went out of their way to help us with directions, luggage storage etc.
Disliked: Rooms are quite small, the breakfast area was very crowded and the options were much less than in a hotel of this stature. The restaurant staff weren’t very friendly but the front desk staff were more helpful than they were expected to be. So it evened out.
