Excellent hotel, would recommend to...

Liked: Breakfast and location

Passable

Liked: Nothing. There is only one staff member in the lobby; I don't remember his name. He is the only one we find kind and always greets us, and the others do not.
Disliked: The dirty bathroom, small room, uncomfortable mattress, crowded and limited breakfast variety.

Well stay

Liked: The guest relationship and front office staff are really helpful and kind. On the other hand the breakfast is well enough and the staff in the breakfast saloon are well too. The location is quite good for our purpose
Disliked: The cleaning of the rooms in the following days is not good. They do not clean as details.

Liked: Service in general, cleanliness of the facility, value for money, substantial information provided when asked, location
Disliked: Room for improvement over room cleaning, timely replenishment of food items during breakfast, having to walk to the reception in the main facility for anything (check-in/out, card activation issues etc.)

Liked: Position is ok, 10 minutes from the S-bahn metro station.Parking available for free in the street in front of the hotel.Room was nice and clean.Breakfast is great!

Disliked: Although cleaning room service was not as has to be. We stayed 3 nights and only been cleaned once and that not as supposed to be. Not changing towels and bed sheets..
