Disliked: Woman at check in desk is sometimes crabby!

Pretty good stay

Liked: Generally clean enough and some recent updates such as the carpet in the hallways. Room was large, bed was comfortable. Very good towels.
Disliked: Tub and shower looked a bit worn out and shower curtain smelled like mildew and did not look very clean.

If you need a place...

Liked: The breakfast was unusually complete for an included hotel breakfast (with hot entrees). The room was clean and had everything necessary.
Disliked: Too much plastic. I am worried about microplastics and would much prefer reusable cups, plates, and cutlery.

Liked: The breakfast was wonderful and clean! The staff member/lady was very pleasant and made sure that everything was filled and displayed well. Nicely done!

We chose this nice hotel...

Liked: Wonderful breakfast included with the stay! The sausage and small omelettes were excellent. The young man who was staffing the breakfast room was friendly and alerted us when he was getting ready to close down the buffet. Coffee remained available with plenty of creamers. Very enjoyable!
Disliked: The Wi-Fi password was written on the sleeve of the keycard, but the network name wasn't clear, so I had to call the office again. Also, our TV remote wasn't working properly, but my husband figured out how to turn the channel directly on the box. These were just small issues, though; overall our room was clean, comfortable and very nice!

Disgusting!

Liked: This place is old, run down and dirty! The bathroom bathtub was rusted an peeling above the shower, the drain broken and sitting on side of tub. I am done staying staying at Holiday Inn. Could not wait to leave!
Disliked: Tear it down and rebuild
