Room Rated...indeed!

Liked: Modern, up to date, comfortable, very clean, friendly staff, quiet
Disliked: Booked the room by phone, Booking.com. I completed to reservation and drove on to Meridian. When checking in I was informed the rate was $111.30 less tax, what? Examined the confirmation email and was billed 184.99 + 53.28 = 238.27!I have the receipts to prove it! NOT Happy as I was led to believe I was speaking with Holiday Inn!

Hotel is not as it...

Liked: Staff was friendly
Disliked: It’s not a good location. We booked it bc it was close to the zoo and wanted a place with a pool. This hotel advertised exactly that! When we arrived they told us they no longer had a pool. The bathroom had hair swept up into the corner and most disgustingly there was a half eaten pop tart in the Chester drawers in the room!! I booked through booking.com, reached out to them but have yet to hear back .
