Liked: Very clean hotel. Front desk staff excellent. Great complimentary breakfast.

Was in Mobile for Spring Fling Blues Concert. Hotel was nice and staff was very friendly. No complaints. Will definitely stay again next year.

Disliked: The breakfast was good but set up was scattered. The grits and oatmeal were at one end of the bar and the hot water was at the other end. The waffle mix was a bit confusing - it said push but there were 3 different directions to push. The set up should be set so items that you need for a particular dish are close together.

I attend the Blues Fest every year - this will be my hotel. I like the fact that our rooms were ready when we arrived at 9:00am.

Liked: Good location; customer service was very pleasant.
Disliked: No negative.

Liked: The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good.
Disliked: When I got to the Hotel, the staff at the front desk stated "since I booked the hotel with a 3rd party (Booking.com) that I could not get the room I wanted". I booked a room with 2 queen beds, but they got me a room with 1 king bed and a pull-out sofa bed. Needless to say, the sofa bed was not what I wanted nor was it comfortable.

Liked: Quiet, staff was friendly and received US with a smile upon entering. Parking was great and the hwy was very close to exit on to. Lots of accessible areas like the mall and a choice of different places to eat were just a few minutes around.
Disliked: Breakfast has to change or offer more variety. It has changed since I've been visiting for a few yrs now. Rooms are not very spacious for the price
