Liked: Very clean hotel. Front desk staff excellent. Great complimentary breakfast.

Was in Mobile for Spring Fling Blues Concert. Hotel was nice and staff was very friendly. No complaints. Will definitely stay again next year.

Disliked: The breakfast was good but set up was scattered. The grits and oatmeal were at one end of the bar and the hot water was at the other end. The waffle mix was a bit confusing - it said push but there were 3 different directions to push. The set up should be set so items that you need for a particular dish are close together.

I attend the Blues Fest every year - this will be my hotel. I like the fact that our rooms were ready when we arrived at 9:00am.

Liked: Good location; customer service was very pleasant.
Disliked: No negative.

Liked: It was easy to find, the pool was great, the staff was friendly, and the entire place very clean.
Disliked: This is not about the property per se, but the person in the room above me was either jumping on the bed or stomping back-and-forth in a rage for about five hours before finally stopping. That went on till about 11 PM.

Disliked: There needs to be a blackout curtain or a better curtain covering the sun/light coming in while sleeping. It woke us up as soon as the sun came out way too early at sunrise when needed to sleep at least til 7:30-8 am.
