Booking.com sucks

Liked: It is where we stay when we visit my daughter in San Diego- good breakfast and friendly staff
Disliked: Bookings.com! I will never use it again. We went down for four nights but decided not to stay the last night. The hotel staff was willing to t o refund our money but we had to go through Bookings - they tired to reach you by phone and computer- I tied to reach you- they even sent next door to a different hotel to see if we could reach you on their computer- we had to eat the $$ - at least the hotel comped us parking because they felt bad

A good place to stay

Liked: I like the location and the fact that there is lots of parking if you get there early.
Disliked: My toilet did not flush.

Clean quiet and very comfortable

Liked: We missed breakfast by 15 minutes but the lady cleaning up made sure we got full plates anyway. Very nice of her
