We got a room for one night to see Blackhawk at the Medina Ballroom. We had a fun time and no problems. It would be great if they had a shuttle but, oh well.

Liked: Breakfast. Great place to stay for a concert at the Medina Ballroom.
Disliked: No shuttle service.

Disliked: The hallways were so dark need a Flashlight.we had a family Emergency so we only stayed one day we wanted to cancel the other night but the manager would not let us so we called booking they called him gave them a hard time to so we ended up paying a night that we didn't stay there.wish breakfast was little better.we though we got a queen room but to find out it was fullsize beds .

Liked: Not much at all
Disliked: Cleaning staff spoke absolutely no English. Not even key words needed for their job. Towel, bed , vacuum. Absolutely NONE !!!!! On first morning male staff entered my room after a short tap on the door. Did not even wait a single moment for a reply. Opened the door scaring me half to death along with my 7 year old daughter. My granddaughter was sleeping on the bed. And because he spoke no English I couldn’t even communicate to ask him what he wanted. I had no indication he was cleaning as he had no cleaning cart. He was standing there holding a hangar in his hand. We stayed 4 days. We got absolutely no housecleaning during our stay. Despite the fact that I specifically requested VERBALLY to front desk (because cleaning don’t understand a single word of English) that I wanted my room vacuumed and bedding changed. Front desk staff wrote this down on a posted note to pass on to housekeeping. So second night there I had to get bedding upon my return at 9 pm or so and change my own bedding. Going into third day. I again went down to front desk and requested a vacuuming of my room while we were gone for the day. Upon our return to the room again that night. Nothing done. We had to vacuum our own room. We were told the second day that if we wanted housekeeping we had to make sure our “do not disturb” sign was not on the outer handle. I suggested that I wouldn’t want housekeeping during my stay but that if I changed my mind I would leave the sign off my handle as requested. During trips we usually don’t need a whole lot of housekeeping which is why I had suggested. Regardless. Things change. My granddaughter had spilled something on the bedding second night which is why I wanted my bedding changed. And by that evening also. Just a bit of a build up of crumbs and what not in carpet which is why I wanted my floor vacuumed. I was told to keep sign off door if I needed housekeeping, Which we did for the remaining 3 days of our stay.
