Holiday Inn Express Minneapolis West - Plymouth By IHG

We got a room for one night to see Blackhawk at the Medina Ballroom. We had a fun time and no problems. It would be great if they had a shuttle but, oh well.

Liked: Breakfast. Great place to stay for a concert at the Medina Ballroom.
Disliked: No shuttle service.

A mixture of Good and...

Liked: Easy on off location to major roads.
Disliked: We stayed two days. Upon arrival the first day, I asked for a quiet room. The first evening was excellent. The second evening was not. The guest across the hall from us was very noisy. Opening and shutting doors until after midnight. they started in again at 5:30 AM. While noisy guests are not the fault of the hotel, there were many other empty rooms on the floor. Since we are in our 70s and requested a quiet room, perhaps a notation could've been made and OTHER guests could be placed in some other empty room on the floor.

Good location close to major...

Liked: Clean and comfortable and good location for the places we visited.
Disliked: Gluten free muffin option for breakfast.

Liked: I Really appreciated the healthy breakfast items! Wish the egg white omelettes were served more often.Good location. Re check in and out: Female staff was extremely friendly and helpful!
Disliked: No windows in gym. Would have used it if not so stuffy.re check in and out: Male staff needs to try to smile and be more friendly.
