We got a room for one night to see Blackhawk at the Medina Ballroom. We had a fun time and no problems. It would be great if they had a shuttle but, oh well.

Liked: Breakfast. Great place to stay for a concert at the Medina Ballroom.
Disliked: No shuttle service.

Disliked: Seemed silly to have the hand soap dispenser on the wall of the handicapped accessible bathroom. Doesn't seem very logical.And the lighting where the mini fridge & sink were was very poor.It also would be helpful to have slightly darker shades on the window for sleeping.
