It was a nice stay.

Liked: Staff and the comfort of the beds.
Disliked: Toilet set was broke and a lampshade- staff was notified as soon as we checked in.

Filthy and smelled moldy trust...

Disliked: This hotel was filthy. The carpet in the hallway and the elevator on the way to our room should have been the red flag. Our room was disgusting. The carpet in the room had a giant wet spot in the middle of the room upon arrival and the room smelled of mildew and musty. The bathroom was disgusting the shower did not appear to be cleaned there was hair and filth in the shower. Our sliding glass door to a balcony would not close/latch or lock all the way, we heard loud freeway noise all night. Had we not arrived at 11pm and prepaid through booking we would have found other arrangements instead of spending one night. We checked out the next morning and found other arrangements for our next 2 nights. Booking refunded for the 2 nights after 4 weeks and numerous time consuming phone calls.

Disliked: Had to switch rooms due to plumbing issues and the tub drain was full of lime scale.

Disliked: A/C unit had to call front to work on trip switch to get it working.Some water was standing in the shower.Very small tight bathroom.TV’s while high def were rather small and dated.

Liked: The staff was very friendly the room was very nice
Disliked: We went down for breakfast an hour before it ended and over half the stuff was gone including the milk and never got restocked

Disliked: Door to hotel room wouldn’t lock, dirty shower, loud guests (lots of teens)
