Disliked: My tv wasn’t working like at all and the front desk said they couldn’t really do much since I booked it through booking.com but my tv would turn on but would just be a black screen with sound which was upsetting

Great solution for staying close...

Liked: Quiet area only a few blocks from the river. Got livelier as you approach downtown. An easy and safe walk to the Baird Center. Room was clean and just perfect for what we needed. Clean. Well thought out areas.
Disliked: Parking ramp - extra money

Disliked: We booked a room through this app that said it was confirmed…..we show up and did not have a room for us. It was the second time this has happened to me using booking.com. Extremely pissed. Idk if it was hotels fault or booking.com.

Liked: Room was spacious and clean
Disliked: Parking. I paid $40 to go in and out of the parking garage. Not sure if the hotel provided parking pass to go in and out of the garage.
