Staff absolute amazing but hotel...

Liked: Staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming, location ideal.
Disliked: Upon on arrival was allocated a room on the second floor that was horrendous the smell in the toilet and the scratches all over the back of the door with stained carpets. Cannot believe this room was given to folk. Staff was so helpful moved room to the next floor in which was more modern and super clean. Breakfast on the Sunday was horrendous trying to find a space to sit too overcrowded and folk walking around in bare feet disgusting to see.
