Liked: Easy access to town centre. Marvellous, helpful staff. Shout out for Grace, Amanda and the young man who helped with the cases !
Disliked: Unable to book twin room initially.

Liked: The location was close to my appointment and the train station
Disliked: The room was a bit dusty with coffee stains on the floor , I also picked up "insect" bites from last week that I'm certain that they were from the room
