Great hotel, lovely room, fabulous...

Liked: Really well located, clean, welcoming. Lovely room and breakfast in the morning was excellent.The only downside was finding parking when we originally arrived there - once we were told how to access the linked parking; this was absolutely fine.We were also allowed to check in earlier which was really very much appreciated.Would definitely return.
Disliked: The directions to the adjoining car park at the Cleveland shopping centre could be made clear from the start - to avoid a last minute panic of locating a nearby parking spot.

Great location to university and...

Liked: Location for university and town very good. Breakfast had a good choice and staff were very helpful during a busy period and gave great service for special dietary requirement. Car parking and access to hotel easy.
Disliked: Bed was a bit soft for personal preference and pillows a bit hard, but clean and comfy.

Liked: Good location. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Ease of parking.. reasonable quality of dinner.
Disliked: Long way to get to our room via two lots of lifts. Not easy with luggage. Otherwise all good.

Liked: Room very comfortable and very clean . Evening food good standard but little pricey Centrally placed in Middleborough ..Staff generally welcoming ..
Disliked: Breakfast area very tight . difficult to get a table at peak times. Food area very tight and congested and cooked breakfast choice very restricted .no tomatoes,mushrooms, cried eggs etc Only one coffee machine working and the other machine in huge demand ...too much going on in small area. .

Liked: Choice of breakfast was good. Bedroom excellent, drawers would have been handy though. The en-suite shower room was great. All very clean.
Disliked: Location of car park not clearly marked, had to ask member of staff for directions. Good rates for hotel guests.

Liked: Great location. Shower was excellent, bed comfy.
Disliked: The guy who checked us in was abrupt and uninterested. Validated my car park ticket, didn’t give it back to me and was adamant he had……until he found it. No apology, just ‘my bad’.
