Liked: The staff were responsive and helpful. Overall, the hotel is clean and pleasant.
Disliked: Cockroaches in the room.We were checked into a room where we were immediately greeted by three cockroaches. The next morning, we reported the issue to the front desk. No one seemed particularly surprised, but they did offer us a different room, which was fine. Still, the unpleasant impression remained. In my opinion, this is unacceptable.We were also shocked to see a hotel staff member cleaning the inside of the pool with chemicals while the children were swimming in it.
