Disliked: No heat. The receptionist said the rooms had heat. When I turned on the heater, it was only cold air. The repair man said none of the rooms had heat.

Excelent hotel, great location.

Liked: Breakfast was complete with eggs and fresh fruits. The hotel is conveniently located next to a shopping mall and many restaurants in the area. Very safe to walk at night.

Liked: Fantastic location. Clean and friendly. 10 out of 10 in all categories. Beautiful downtown location easy access restaurants within walking distance banking within walking distance next-door is Krispy Kreme. Does it get any better?

Good for Business

Liked: The room was big and spacious, specially for the area. In general the staff was nice, we had a problem with the person who did the check in double charge us, And it took a bit for them to realized and to refund it. At the end they did, but some of the staff were more helpful than others.
