Liked: The staff were very friendly and receptive assisting with my request for late check out and it was great that accommodation comes with breakfast. My request for twin beds was also approved.I also loved the beautiful scent on arrival at the entrance lobby.
Disliked: I can’t think of any for my short stay.

Liked: I like the location of the hotel and the facilities. The breakfast was pretty good with a lot of options.
Disliked: I did not like the check-in as the receptionist was not ready and I got the impression they did not review the note I left when I made the booking. I arrived around 5 am, therefore I booked the night before. I was not expecting to pay for the parking since in the booking the car park was included, however in the hotel I had to pay for the parking spot. If the parking was not included, it was not clear during the booking process

Disliked: We weren't told where the parking was located upon check in. Potentially would have been nice for a QR Code link to restaurants and things to see / so in the area

Liked: Loved the breakfast, and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The location was perfect.
Disliked: The bed was rock hard and the bathroom the smallest I've ever been in. There wasn't even a microwave in the room to heat anything up. Considering the price for 2 nights, I was disappointed.
