Good

Liked: Really clean simple hotel. Good location. Free breakfast for everyone at hotel was good. Great budget friendly choice.
Disliked: Limited food options and no room service. But expected in budget hotel. Towels weren't changed daily.

Disliked: should serve fresh coffees as only could get one machine one , also thought the car parking was super expensive for one night and the night staff were terrible No concierge didn’t like that

Liked: For value for money, rooms and surrounding areas feel like you are in a very posh setting.
Disliked: There is absolutely no customer service. We have to do everything. Even go down and fill your own water from the filter tap. If you order something you have to go to the reception. Rooms are nice but its not so spacious.

Disliked: Hotel charged $35 to park our car overnight. When we went out for dinner we found carparks all around were charging $15 to $20 overnight!!We were also given twin beds instead of a queens!!
