Superb

Disliked: On Friday 2nd April the evening reception staff were extremely rude when I was checking in. I always stay at this property at least 4-6 times a year over the past 3 years and I have never experienced the staff to be as rude as these 2 reception staff. They completely ignored me standing there and when I asked a question the one with short hair was very snappy raised her voice and was unprofessional

I came I left

Liked: Some shortages like forks were not rectified. eggs and bacon a bit cold by the time we got there. I am sure this would have been better if we had been earlier
Disliked: nothing stands out
