Liked: The location of the hotel is good, in the city center, and it's very convenient for traveling.
Disliked: When booking the hotel, a credit card guarantee was used. Upon check-in, a deposit of 50 Australian dollars was also required, but the 50-dollar deposit was not refunded when checking out. It's been five days since I returned, and I still haven't received the deposit.

Liked: The view from the room is amazing!! The location is also very convenient.
Disliked: The hotel which is a 4* doesn't provide sleepers and bathrobes. No bottle of water in the small fridge. The espresso coffee at the breakfast was awful..In the room there isn't any espresso machine. Breakfast was very basic.
