Disliked: Housekeeping knocking on our door 30 mins before check out and asking us if we're leaving. After telling her we are leaving in 30 mins when it's check out time she said "well it's close enough".

Disliked: Coffee not available for early risers. No alcohol beverages available for purchase. Windows in room do not open so rooms are a bit stuffy.

Disliked: Their pool was broken. They charged both my husband's credit card and my credit card more than $100 more than our stay cost... each. so our 2 days were supposed to be $360. And they charged both cards $490!!! We ended up leaving because the staff was super rude and she was the one who made the payment mistake. That then tied up almost $1000 of our money for the whole weekend we were in mccook. Money we have saved to spend...no apologies...no nothing. We left and went down the street to the quality inn and it was a fraction of the price and amazing staff and service.
