Clean, convenient. No real complaints.

Liked: Good location, quiet, clean. Excellent temperature control.
Disliked: Ice machine on our floor was out of order. But at least there was a sign to that effect that directed us to one on another floor.

Disappointing

Liked: Not much over priced. Food was subpar.. Atmosphere was like a dorm. parking is ridiculous. Not enough spaces for all the guests and lot is really small and tight. I will not stay again if i can avoid it i will book earlier and stay at the cobblestone up the road. Unfortunately they were booked up so i had to go to holiday inn express.

Liked: Staff was nice
Disliked: Bathroom door was missing. Shower was super slick! Room had a sewer smell.

Disliked: Give me a receipt at the end instead of making me run one down from Booking.com. That is BRUTAL RUDE SERVICE. TERRIBLE

Comfortable Clean Stay

Liked: Comfortable & clean & quite
Disliked: Housekeeping knocking on our door 30 mins before check out and asking us if we're leaving. After telling her we are leaving in 30 mins when it's check out time she said "well it's close enough".

Disliked: Cold pool, otherwise it was a great stay.

Good value.

Liked: Staff was friendly and accommodating. Hotel was clean and location was perfect.
Disliked: Coffee not available for early risers. No alcohol beverages available for purchase. Windows in room do not open so rooms are a bit stuffy.
