Awesome from start to finish

Liked: The welcome you received when you checked in our room was ready early and was given a goodie bag as I was running the Manchester Marathon. Explained everything that I needed to know
Disliked: Loved everything about it 2nd time staying here and will definitely be staying here again

Excellent Marathon visit

Liked: Tram and Trafford Centre location are great.Service was exceptional. Visited for the Manchester Marathon, and the surprise goodie bag on arrival and post-stay care was a real stand-out. The sort of service the guarantees a repeat visit, thank you.

Felt like a budget hotel...

Liked: Staff very helpful
Disliked: Came out of a machine and it didn’t taste like latte but dried powdered milk

Liked: Staff are excellent
Disliked: Room wasn’t particularly clean, pillowcases not fresh and tea tray items not been replenished or set up. Dirty tea spoons.

Comfortable and convenient,

Liked: Location to where we were meeting family in the Trafford centre and super friendly staff
Disliked: Nothing to dislike it was really good place to stay

Clean and tidy, lovely staff...

Liked: Clean rooms , pleasant staff , good location. Nice drinks available and good selection of breakfast.
Disliked: The cooked Breakfast was overcooked and some items uneatable such as hash browns and bacon was so hard it was like it had been in the warmer for hours and dried up and hard. None of the rooms have opening windows / ventilation , as someone with allergies I like to have a window open a little to let in some air but couldn’t , this is just personal preference but did feel a bit stuffy in there during the night.
